Rates:

My fee for counseling is $135 per hour, to be paid at my website, prior to your appointment. This can be accomplished by clicking on Make A Payment above. I accept private pay or Capital Health Plan insurance only.

Payment:

You will make your prepayment for the telephone therapy session via Paypal. See Make A Payment on homepage.

Cancellation Policy:

Please let me know 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel an appointment. If clients do not cancel 24 hours in advance, you will be charged full fee for the session. The best way to cancel is to call and leave a message at my office at 850-224-8046.

I am available Monday through Friday from 10-2 pm Eastern Standard time.
